The key CLM competitor in the Ariba space is Icertis. To accelerate our GTM with partners we will need to get up to speed with procurement use cases and also differentiate from our competitors, namely Icertis. Both Icertis and Client integrations are identical in terms of data flow; the differentiator is the ease of use and ROI of the solutions. Partner Solution Architects will need to understand the implementation challenges faced by customers during SAP implementations to differentiate. About the Role: The Candidate will do Product Demonstrations in Ariba SAP Ariba is a product in the SAP family, but it is a niche product Must have Icertis experience in his/her past. Should have Icertis implementation experience as well as SAP Ariba Must have Solutions Architect skills along with excellent communications skills. Will build out assets that describe what the differentiation is between the DocuSign Ariba SAP solution and the competitive Icertis solution Contractor Requirements to Accelerate CLM (Contract Life Cycle Product) + Ariba Connector Partner GTM Description: In addition, there are very few DocuSign resources today who are skilled to demonstrate the CLM Ariba capabilities and to speak to the nuances of how DocuSign integrates into the SAP Ariba architecture. Support CLM + Ariba product demonstrations Build out assets on exactly what is the differentiation concerning the implementation Enable PSA FTEs on the Procurement use cases, and SAP Ariba The ideal profile would be a solution architect with experience in implementing Icertis into the Ariba tech stack. This resource would be able to help communicate how easy it is to deploy our platform and be able to provide a more realistic flavor of what type of customer to guide partners toward (i.e. where Icertis may be failing). Scope of Work: Month 1 Begin to deliver product demonstrations on DocuSign CLM + Ariba to partners & target customers. Provide comparative insights regarding DocuSign CLM & Icertis in the context of an Ariba implementation. Month 2 Reverse shadow demo: DocuSign PSAs to begin to demo, with the contractor providing feedback and being present for Ariba or Icertis-specific Q&A. Incorporate Icertis + Ariba insights into the DocuSign pitch and value-focused demo script. Month 3 Develop an ideal partner profile based on the ideal customer profile and comparative insights. This ideal partner profile could be leveraged to help drive targeted account mapping exercises, SI service offering development, and learning journeys for Ariba-focused consultants.
