The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with a deep understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes. This role is a long-term, onsite position that requires a dedicated professional capable of leading projects and driving continuous improvement in our materials management functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation and optimization of SAP MM module with a focus on Forecast to Stocks. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MM processes with other SAP modules. Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system configurations. Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the SAP MM module. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP MM functionalities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Forecast to Stocks processes and recommend improvements. Stay updated with the latest SAP MM trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP MM module implementation and support. Proven expertise in Forecast to Stocks processes within the SAP MM module. Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement processes. Experience in leading large-scale SAP projects and managing project timelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. SAP certification in MM module is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and WM (Warehouse Management). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
