Qualifications Bachelors Degree: in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field/clinical specialty (Required) Combination of Relevant Education and Experience: may be considered in lieu of degree 4+ Years experience EMR Software Application Implementation: e (Required) 4+ Years experience with all phases Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Project Life Cycle (PLC): Required) 4 Years experience as an employee or consultant Hospital Acute Care Environment: 1 Year experience with a variety, Any Healthcare Clinical Systems e.g., Epic, GE, McKesson, Siemens (Required) Responsibilities System Scope and Objectives: Defines and documents system scope and objectives based on knowledge of the clinical systems and user needs System Specifications and Design: Develops system specifications, performs system design across a variety of applications, and executes system test plans Problem Anticipation and Solution: Anticipates problems, provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities, and presents the solution to the clinical partners Project Management: Manages components of medium to large size, complex clinical system projects, provides mentoring of system analysts, and provides support to others on clinical system projects System Selection Criteria: Develops detailed system selection criteria based on functional and technical requirements Relationship Building: Builds effective relationships with clinical partners (physicians, nurses, technologists, and other caregivers) in the specification, design, and testing activities, and presents ideas clearly and concisely Keywords: Pennsylvania Senior Clinical Systems Analyst akash.s@tekinspirations.com |
