Role: Snaplogic Developer Location: Spring, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Job Details: Must Have Skills Snaplogic development Nice to have skills RESTSOA Webservice Detailed Job Description Should have strong working knowledge in Snaplogic in Development and able to create architectural and design document along with standards documents relevant to any project Primary Skill * Hands on experience with Snaplogic in Development. * Development experience in SnapLogic projects. * Experience in any ITSM tool Key responsibilities * Work with onshore / offshore model to attend handover calls * Flexible to work in shifts if required * Good Communication skills * Leading the team * Client co-ordination * Experience in troubleshooting snaplex or performance related issues and provide fixes/workarounds * Resolution of incidents created in the ticketing tool * Snaplogic Monitoring and other activities. * Snaplogic Design Best practices, Error Handling * User Service Requests such as re-running jobs, onboarding resource questions on process, ad-hoc report generation, ad-hoc run of reports, user administration (where applicable). * Respond to Service Requests which are submitted through the ticketing tool. * Perform maintenance required for SSL certificate renewals and SSO * Perform recurring ticket analysis and provide solutions/automations in order to avoid future incidents * Creation of standard operating documents Additional skills * Experience with EAI Technologies in design and development * Knowledge on AMS Best Practices * Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude Please reply to me with your updated resume and required details: Full Name(as per legal Docs): Contact number: Work authorization: DOB(dd-mm) Current Location:- Expected hourly rate/salary: Open to relocate: Phone interview availability: Waiting for your earliest response.
