I have an urgent position for the following role Cornerstone On Demand Consultant 9 months contract 1 round of interview with the HM and the team(45 - 60 minutes video) Candidates must have active LinkedIn, visa and DL. Serve as an SME with Cornerstones Platform to help optimize their use of it as it is being heavily underutilized at this time and they dont have the internal expertise around the platform. Asset Management : Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and collect existing resources in various formats. Develop a cataloguing methodology to improve tracking of resources and control for versioning. Manage the ingestion of current and future eLearning assets from across the organization. Development : Lead the collection and categorization of current assets (Phase I) and the creation of a long-range strategy and ongoing content development for our eLearning programs (Phase II). Platform Management : Identify platforms/tools to centralize eLearning assets, streamline access, and improve utilization rates. Lead the implementation of these platforms/tools with internal or external partners. Internal Communications : Analyze communications policies, procedures, and standards for efficiency and effectiveness based on the needs of the target audiences. Advise management on communications initiatives to support company objectives. Develop and manage the execution of strategic plans and the implementation of communications tactics. Qualifications: Experience with Cornerstone, SharePoint, ShortPoint, and a modern intranet platform is strongly preferred. Ability to portray and present the company in a favorable manner to various levels of press and industry personnel. Ability to communicate company philosophy, policy, and marketing strategy to team members and outside resources.
