Position: Senior SAP Functional Finance Work Force Management (WFM) Analyst (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration : 18+ months Job Description . This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP FI and WFM to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs. This position requires in-depth knowledge of one or more functional area as well as relevant SAP module(s), specifically in the area of Work Force Management (WFM). REQUIRED SKILLS: Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area. Knowledge of and experience with Federal and specifically Navy ERP preferred. Requires strong organization and communication skills. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP WFM module (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred. Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders. Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels. Demonstrated the ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business; resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules. Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (must be clearable) Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree. PREFERRED SKILLS 10 years of SAP WFM experience Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills.
