Remote with quarterly onsite meetings Required skills: 3 - 5 years of experience supporting Windows Applications and Web Application Server Administration in a corporate environment. Expert in Microsoft IIS and web application support. Understanding of application pools. Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting .NET applications on Web Servers. Advanced Windows application and OS troubleshooting and analytical skills. MUST have strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and application upgrades. Experience with Windows patching. Intermediate scripting skills (Power/VB Script). Experience supporting highly available applications using Microsoft Clustering and network load balancing. MUST be well rounded, possess maturity, vision, and a depth of experience that allows for grasping of issues quickly and making educated, critical judgments/decisions in the absence of complete information. MUST be able to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment with on-call duties as required and must possess the ability to work with a diverse, high-performance team. Excellent writing skills. Excellent communication and listening skills. Desired skills: Microsoft FTP Server and/or GlobalScape Enhanced File Transfer. Experience with implementing infrastructure supporting application containers. Experience with implementing automation to enable agile development.
