Job Title :- Data Analyst Location:- Plano, Texas (Onsite, Hybrid) Hybrid- 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH (Looking only local to Texas) C2c Top Three Skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau **Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience Role & Responsibilities -Support crafting analysis, actions, & messaging for product analysis (SW, TWS, APS, Tab, PC) -Triangulation and validation of large data sets from various data sources to analyze channels, customers, and mobile industry trends not only for Samsung but also for competitors (Analyze weekly market trends) -Driving action from insights, progressing a strategic recommendation into real execution -Support TAM & Market Share actual/forecast data to internal system -Interpret data, analyze results using various techniques and provide ongoing reports -Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that imize statistical efficiency and quality -Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems -Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets -Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems -Work with management to prioritize business and information needs -Locate and define new process improvement opportunities -Support in responding to ad-hoc requests -Identify and improve the inefficient workflow processes Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required; preferably in business, finance, economics or statistics. Experience in business analytics, management consulting, product management, marketing, business planning, and strategy development is preferred Experience in the mobile/telecom industry is highly desired Preferred Qualifications: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company. Strong agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues. Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Work independently and in a team environment to achieve customer business objectives and personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.
