This position will be full-time (40hrs/week) and remote. This is a 612-month position. What You'll Do: Partner with business groups, program leadership and project teams to deliver SAP projects across multiple business units Lead business sessions to define high-level business goals/vision, extract business requirements and software selection, define performance indicators, and architect the solution on various IT platforms Provide solution expertise in SAP PP & MM module with extensive knowledge of the integration aspects of different business processes with SAP SD and FI areas Drive improvement and support for SAP IBP S and OP and Order Based Planning (OBP) Develop operating procedures, training materials, test scripts and test cases in the PP/MM/IBP/OBP area Work closely with business and IT to provide support and continuous improvements for applications already in production and used extensively for day-to-day operations. The primary focus will be on processes and applications in the Supply Chain Planning and IBP space Adhere to Varians process in managing the changes through the SAP landscape What You'll Need: Demonstrated ability to drive projects Must have knowledge and experience in SAP PP and MM module configuration in SAP S4 and integrations with other modules such as SD Must have knowledge and experience with capacity planning and scheduling, MRP, Kanban, manufacturing process setup Must have experience with Make to Order and Make to Stock strategies Experience in Supply Chain (Demand/Supply) Planning and SAP IBP and OBP Good to have experience in SAP Logistics and WM Good to have exposure to MES Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior management. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 10-12 years of related experience or Masters Degree with at least 8-10 years of related experience -- If I missed your call.
