Duration: 12+ Months Visa: USC and GC Interview: Phone/ Video Must have previously been a Salesforce nCino Developer Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in nCino to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, specifically with the nCino Bank Operating System, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce and nCino solutions to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using nCino and Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and implement nCino solutions to support banking processes, including lending, deposit operations, and treasury management. - Perform data modeling, configuration, and customization within the Salesforce platform. - Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Salesforce and nCino applications. - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and nCino features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - In-depth knowledge of nCino Bank Operating System and its modules. - Experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security settings. - Familiarity with integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable. - nCino certification(s) is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of financial services industry and banking processes. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
