Create and maintain project upgrade plans/schedules. Create and provide Technical Diagrams, As-builts, and system interoperability documentation. Develop and provide documentation for ongoing support of SCCM environment. Maintain existing desktop and laptop configurations, for Windows and MACs. Maintain latest software, hardware, & driver configurations Create and maintain a configuration management plan. Build a set of configuration images based on the defined corporate desktop/laptop standards. Define standards and schedules for common image and security updates. Qualify new hardware/software, coordinate package releases, endpoint protection, monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports. Establishment of baselines for control; maintenance of image versions and revisions Identification of approved configuration documentation of the physical and functional characteristics of endpoint systems. Develop methodologies for testing hardware/software performance and provide statistics. IT Asset management Certify that all devices are up to date in asset management system. Maintain service history for all assets. Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Audit and analyze data to ensure processes are followed and standards are maintained. Provide proactive, reactive, and escalation level three support. Analyze environmental scan reports to pro-actively identify the severity of the vulnerability as well as the items affected in accordance with the Vulnerability Management Policy Communicate with system owners regarding actions needed to remediate vulnerability. Identification of non-standard/unapproved third-party applications Perform timely and effective remediation of vulnerabilities within SLA timeframes Engineer, Manage and Administer the SCCM Production and Test Environments. Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy. Ensure that all machines have the SCCM client installed. Routinely run reports and validate that configuration standards are being maintained. Monitor and remediate SCCM client check-in issues. Verify client functionality and portal reporting. Create, manage, and administer SCCM software packages and deployments. Test packages for completeness prior to deployment. Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues. Provide reporting to assist in rationalizing deployment coverage of all security agents Provide technical direction to System Administration, Help Desk Personnel, and contractors. Manage and mentor System Administration staff who support Windows, VMWare, Exchange, and Linux operating systems. Planning and maintaining server reboot and patching schedules. Assisting with Enterprise Data Protection planning, scheduling, restoration, and compliance. Support of Okta, and Cisco ASA single sign on/multi-factor solution/remote access solutions. Setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices with Intune, Jamf, and other deployment and management systems/tools. Inform management in a clear, concise, and timely manner of any customer or technical issues. Additional duties as assigned. Special projects and assignments as business dictates. Define and manage departments best practices. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Results and detail oriented critical thinker Accountable self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in process solutions or analytics. Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and testing skills, demonstratable troubleshooting skills and experience. Effectively manage multiple priorities.
