Job Details:

Should have minimum exp of 10+ years

Atleast one active Scrum master certification

Must have played a Scrum master role in last 2 projects and have at least 2 years of running agile POD.

Have knowledge of all Scrum ceremonies like, Sprint Backlog planning, DSM, Retrospective, Sprint Review etc.

Have worked on tools like Jira , Confluence.

Good communication Skills.

Should be able to create reports like Sprint velocity and other metrics for senior management.
