Job Description : Accepting Candidates We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with advanced DAX and integration skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into robust, scalable BI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Power BI Development: Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards. Create complex DAX queries to support business reporting needs. Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability. Data Integration: Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including on-premises databases, cloud services, and third-party applications. Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into BI systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI solutions. Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with data engineers, database administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Power BI solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data integration. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development and DAX. Proven experience with data integration and ETL processes. Technical Skills: Proficient in DAX and Power Query. Strong understanding of relational and multidimensional data models. Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and other data integration tools. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
