From: Kaveri, Tek Pyramids [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Information Technology Program Manager NYC, NY Hybrid Must be Local 4-6+ months contract Visa: Any Key Notes: 1-Must have Axiom experience-she will not accept any other ERP 2-The role is automating regulatory reporting in Axiom- Must have FRY19/2052A/FRY9C- 3-Talk to steering committee 4-This person is not technical, no coding works no system integration work 5-This person is handling the program side-it can be a Project Manager if they did report automation 6-could be fully remote if it is the right person-she is in office Monday and Wednesday Responsibilities Drive execution of Axiom Implementation program through the full project life cycle from project planning to delivery including development of target state business processes, build and adoption of technology solutions Manage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain programs RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery Coordinate all activities and dependencies of UAT to ensure the successful acceptance by the business owners including defect management and reporting in JIRA Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders Oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers 8-12 years of project/program management experience. Requirements Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions e.g. implementation of Axiom for Regulatory reporting Deep understanding of finance, risk, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision-making skills Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools Keywords: information technology New York Information Technology Program Manager with Axiom Interview || F2F in NYC -NY || Any Visa [email protected] |
