Troubleshoot and resolve tickets. Provide solution to customer issues via tickets tracking system. Should be able to develop and support BI Publisher/XML Reports. Proficiency in PL*SQL, Procedure, Packages and Functions. Good Knowledge, experience with HOST scripting, SQL*Loader, Interfaces & Conversions.
