Ideally comes from both a functional and technical background Wide breadth of functional & technical implementation knowledge across various HCM subject areas Core HR, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Learning & Development, Oracle Recruiting Cloud etc The initiative will bring Client's international entities and acquisitions onto the centralized Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation.
