Agile Methodology : Proficient in Agile project management methodologies, ensuring iterative development, continuous feedback, and rapid delivery of valuable features. Scaled Agile Framework : Experienced in implementing and working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), which supports lean and agile practices at the enterprise level. User Stories and Acceptance Criteria : Skilled in defining and documenting clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team has a precise understanding of the requirements and expected outcomes. Backlog Management : Regularly reviews and updates the product backlog to keep it current and accurately aligned with the product roadmap and priorities. Jira Proficiency : Extensive experience using Jira for issue tracking and project management, enabling efficient planning, tracking, and reporting of project progress. Confluence Proficiency : Adept at using Confluence for collaborative documentation and knowledge management, facilitating seamless communication and information sharing within the team. Business Process Documentation : Expert in documenting current and future state business process flow diagrams and narratives, performing gap analysis, and creating roadmaps to guide system changes and improvements.
