Position: Java Microservices Lead Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Need Only locals to CA Duration: 12+ Months Contract Responsibilities: Complete exposure to entire Product Life Cycle is a MUST Proficiency in below areas Microservices based Architecture and their best practices. Hands-on experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes (K8s, K3s) cluster, Helm charts Exposure to cloud application development. Strong coding and debugging experience using Java or Golang. Linux OS, Data structures, IPC mechanisms. Intricate understanding of multi-threading/routines, Network programming and Object-oriented methodologies. Agile Development Model with CI/CD, Jenkins pipeline and working knowledge of Git environment. DB concepts and Deployment models - RDBMS/No SQL /Postgres/Redis/MariaDB. Messaging Services like RabbitMQ and Kafka. Working experience of webhook/web sockets. OpenAPI/OpenConfig NETCONF/Streaming Telemetry/GNMI/GRPC/XMPP. Sound Data/Information modelling techniques and tools used for Modelling like YANG, UML, JSON etc. Knowledge in L2/L3 OSI layer Protocols - 802.1Q; LAGs; VxLAN; EVPN; ACLs; Route Policy; MPLS/VPLS; BGP; and L2 Forwarding; L3 Routing will be desirable. Exceptional Written/Verbal Communication Skills. Proficiency in local and remote debugging.
