Job Title : Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Job Modules : OM, RMA, WIP & Installbase Job Location : Raleigh, NC Job Mode : Onsite (WFO) Experience : 7- 15 years Oracle SCM Cloud expertise with functional expertise, consults and gathers business requirements, determines the overall project scope and client expectations. Experienced in the full lifecycle of few Oracle Cloud implementations and proven experience as a Consultant & Lead in Projects. Handling multiple delivery engagements and assessing, delivering new functional developments for clients. Responsible for Order Management & RMA (Return Material Authorization) related functional setups, configurations, orchestration flows definition. Write business requirement documents and other functional related documentations. interacting with business users to understand the requirement and come up with appropriate functional solutions, Fit-Gap analysis, solution feasibility analysis. Exposure in Subscription management, Warranty configurations, Installed base configurations and setup, Fusion Service Case Management (DCS), Depot Repair, WIP for FA analysis. Lead client throughout implementation and support phases. Respond to the customer queries and concerns promptly. Can work independently with customer to deliver solutions using Oracle Cloud SCM products Module exposure: Order Management, Return Material Authorization (RMA), Inventory, Work in Progress (WIP) & Install base. Oracle cloud certification in any relevant module will be a plus. Able to lead a team and provide perspective on Industry trends and go to market solutions.
