Job Description Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience with ability to drive the end to end delivery Excellent analytical problem solving skills ability to review data and summarise outcomes Strong Knowledge in Agile methodology and Agile best practices Ability to produce Project artifacts and support documents utilizing Project Management tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: Strong domain knowledge Ability to map and navigate complex requirements and organizational structures. Negotiation skills to drive decisions and consensus Exhibit solid ownership behaviours, work autonomously and independently on work streams Strong analytical and problem solving skills and presentation skills Good organizational skills, learning/growth and Audit mindset Ability to manage changing requirements and use independent judgement to drive outcomes in a highly dynamic environment Good understanding of Investment Banking products, Risk & Controls functions and Unauthorized Trading business processes and standards Experience of working on global applications and ability to work within a global team environment Experience with Data Science and Data Analytics to drive Business Requirements via insights.
