About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Halo Demand Planning Expert with extensive experience in technical integration with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our demand planning processes and ensuring seamless integration between Halo and Oracle EBS to support our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning Expertise: Utilize Halo's demand planning tools to forecast, plan, and manage inventory levels effectively. Ensure accurate demand signals and optimize inventory levels across the supply chain. Technical Integration: Lead the technical integration efforts between Halo Demand Planning and Oracle EBS. Ensure data integrity, synchronization, and seamless information flow between the two systems. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze demand patterns, historical data, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations, to align demand planning processes with business objectives. System Configuration: Configure and customize Halo and Oracle EBS to meet specific business requirements. Ensure that both systems are optimized for performance and efficiency. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues. Ensure timely resolution of any system-related problems to minimize disruption to operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in demand planning and system integration. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in related areas are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in integrating Halo with Oracle EBS. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Halo Demand Planning and Oracle EBS. Strong understanding of data integration techniques, APIs, and ETL processes. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Experience in managing integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other ERP systems and demand planning tools. Knowledge of supply chain management best practices. Certification in Oracle EBS or related areas.
