Kindly acknowledge me, are you Comfortable with this Position then please share me your updated resume No Title : Sr Active Directory Engineer Location : North Quincy, MA - Mon to Friday (8AM to 5PM) with weekend work possible for change implementations 4 days onsite hybrid ( prefer local candidates but open for non-locals who can be onsite from start of the project ) Duration : 4 months Issues so far in search: Do not want to see candidates with user administration. Candidates are adding Active Directory to resumes but in practice do not actually have the experience. May say they have done user administration, but thats not what they are looking for. Not system admins but need to build the active directory environment - Looking for: Real AD experience and some dev ops experience since moving to cloud (would help). Need to be more hands on with activation, management (do not need regular help desk items). VERY active directory focused NO VOIP NUMBER NEED LINKDIND WITH THE PERSONAL EMAIL ID SSN DOB What are the top 3 must-haves: Strong Active Directory knowledge Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience Good Team player What are the top 3 nice to have: Positive attitude toward learning new things technical and non-technical Able to work off-hour shifts during change windows when required (nights, weekends) Ability to work across technology teams when required Soft skills: Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written Able to work within documented procedure scope in technical realm High level of self-motivation Works very well in teams of technical people Positive attitude toward learning new things technical and non-technical Able to work off-hour shifts during change windows when required (nights, weekends) Process Skills: Understanding of ITIL processes including CMDB & change controls Experience working in regulated environment Technical skills: Minimum of 7 years - direct experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS 5+ years supporting Microsoft Server (various versions) Strong troubleshooting skills & methodology Strong working knowledge of DNS & WINS Experience working on Security initiatives related to Active Directory. Ability to collaborate on engineering documentation including: Requirements documents, Engineering documents, and Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to work across technology teams when required.
