Identifies role entitlement inconsistencies and provides resolution. Conducts user recertification reviews, as defined by company policies. Begins to influence departments strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Must have expert proficiency with: RACF administration including user IDs, groups, datasets, resources, and SSL certificates. Should also be familiar with most of the following: ACF2 (IDs, groups, xref, GSO, datasets, resources, certs), DB2, IDMS, JCL, Host-On-Demand macros, Microsoft Office, Service Now, ABEND troubleshooting, and process documentation.
