Sr. Test Automation Manager(Architect) - Washington, DC (onsite) Location: Washington, DC (onsite) Full Time Must Haves:- 10 years of Test management (including automation) experience UFT and UiPath are tools being used ((UI Path they can learn, doesn't need to have hands on exp) The Test Manager is responsible for defining automation testing strategy and implementation roadmap. Test Manager owns quality of automation testing capability and responsible for increasing automation test coverage across all PMOs and engaging with prime and government leadership. The Test Manager is responsible for defining automation testing strategy and implementation roadmap. Test Manager owns quality of automation testing capability and responsible for increasing automation test coverage across all PMOs and engaging with prime and government leadership. we require a test manager to- conduct a diagnostic, develop an automation strategy and roadmap, and oversee the testing team The test manager will be expected to Demonstrate QA testing experience and expertise Independently manage automation testing Communicate updates with BCG and client leadership Delegate tasks, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively determine next steps Effectively champion critical initiatives for buy in from stakeholders Adapt to changing requirements and adjust priorities accordingly Experience & Skill sets: Minimum of 12 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on UiPath and UFT. Proven experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Experience in working with APIs and web services for test automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in UiPath with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining RPA solutions. Strong experience with UFT, including designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps. - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
