The ideal candidate will be focused on remediating vulnerable software and configurations on Windows desktop operating systems to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of current Windows desktop configurations and software to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. Assess various hardware accessories such as printers for insecure settings. Implement and manage security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information. Collaborate with other Wawa teams to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Provide technical support and guidance on security matters to colleagues and users. Qualifications: Proven experience in Windows desktop engineering with a focus on software deployment and configuration management. Strong understanding of Windows 10 & 11 and Microsoft Group Policy. Understanding of device management tools (Computer, Printers, Mobile Devices) Familiarity with the Rapid7 platform. Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
