Perform application impact analysis to assess potential effects of changes on existing systems. Document findings, technical specifications, and impact analysis reports. Required Experience and Skills: Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer. Strong proficiency in SQL and COBOL. Expertise in working with DB2 databases. Proficient in JCL (Job Control Language) for managing batch jobs. Experience with VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method). Familiarity with IDAA (IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator).
