Hi, I hope you are doing well, A brief version of the job description is attached below, if you are interested revert to my mail with your updated resume Role: salesforce lead Location: Dallas, TX - only locals Duration: long Term Rate: $60/hr on C2C - fixed need PP number No opt and cpt and h1t visas and no GC and Opt ead Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations and customizations. Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using best practices and adhering to Salesforce architecture guidelines. Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure the ongoing health and performance of the Salesforce instance by monitoring system usage, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing preventative measures. Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality through ongoing training and certification. Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or administrator (minimum 5 years) Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially other clouds depending on the company's specific needs. Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
