Embedded Developers are okay. Seeking a skilled LabVIEW Application Development Consultant to work with our client in the manufacturing industry. The role is based in Fridley, Minnesota, and will require the successful candidate to provide expert support for our current LabVIEW application base used in our manufacturing processes. The role will also involve modernizing these platforms and training entry level engineers. Responsibilities Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our existing LabVIEW applications Champion the modernization effort by analyzing existing LabVIEW applications and exploring opportunities for migration to more sustainable platforms Collaborate with both engineering and core technology teams to identify and implement solutions that optimize our automation systems Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all automation systems Utilize backend development skills to enhance and maintain our software systems Apply knowledge in C++, Database, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL, LabView, Java, and C# - Sharp for software development and problem-solving Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
