The person should have support experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Projects. Their role involves resolving issues, working closely with business users and guiding them on best practices. 1. Providing expert-level support for Oracle Financials and Projects Costing, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. OTL modules experience is good to have. 2. Collaborating with business users to gather and analyze requirements, and recommend solutions to meet their project costing and time tracking needs. 3. Configuring and customizing Oracle Projects Costing and OTL modules to align with business processes and requirements. 4. Conducting user training and creating documentation to support the use of Oracle Projects Costing and OTL modules. 5. Participating in system testing, validation, and implementation of Oracle Projects Costing and OTL module enhancements and upgrades. 6. Keeping abreast of Oracle EBS updates and new features related to project costing and time tracking, and advising on their implementation. 7. Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Projects Costing and OTL with other EBS modules and third-party systems. 8. Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
