Collaborating across business units with stakeholders, providing thought leadership, and driving day-to-day implementation of the analytics strategy. Collaborating with WMA business and technology groups to analyze data demand from consumers and identify data providers as appropriate Advising stakeholders on analytical options to address their specific needs, including discussing potential analytical approaches to problems, associated costs and trade-offs, and recommendations. Facilitating provisional agreement between data consumer and data producer(s) to validate mapping of data demand to physical data repositories Managing metadata in DGP, including relationships between Authoritative data sources and data sets, dictionaries, key data outputs and controls. Partnering with data lineage and data quality analysts on implementing roadmap for data consistency controls Role requirements 5+ years of experience in information technology, business analysis, data analysis, wrangling, mapping, lineage and tracing Hands-on experience in analyzing data in relational database environments, knowledge of data warehousing best practices Competences in data management principles, data standards, metadata management and governance Proficiency in using tools such as Collibra for Data Governance, Excel for data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentation Ability to break down complex problems into components, identify root causes, and establish resolution plans Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical and logical concepts Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work creatively and independently Team player, collaborative and inclusive Keywords: http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=155599&uid= |
