Job Description : Job Role: Analyze, maintain, and generate reports on the SharePoint tools and systems utilized by the teams supporting our Organization. The analyst manages the design and development of technical infrastructure m using the Microsoft SharePoint web platform. The analyst would help with SharePoint site creation, as needed, works on User security administration including creating groups and adding/ removing members in Azure Active Directory. The IT Security Analyst will ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet highest quality standards. Responsibilities: SharePoint Site creation Provide training to end-users and administrators for Microsoft 365 services. Support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications User Security administration SharePoint Document Library creation and basic configuration SharePoint List creation and basic configuration Strong understanding of Power Automate MS Teams Channel setup and user administration Optimize SharePoint use for collaboration between internal and external users VG GUEST Account creation (Azure B2B users) Microsoft Authenticator MS Excel Power user Box.com user administration Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, or information systems or information technology 7 or more years of professional experience as SharePoint administrator/ analyst Knowledgeable in Webtrends Analytics for SharePoint Strong technical skills- demonstrated skills in conceptualizing solutions, documenting them You will also document and develop business requirements, use cases, and recommend governance practices Superior written and oral communication skills Strong analytical and system design skills Thanks & Regards Sharath Reesu | Source Mantra, Inc.
