I will make an exception for a senior C++ developer that has not worked in the Capital Markets/Wall Street financial companies, if they have worked at top software engineering companies. That is because we know they are true experts with C++. Senior C++ Developer with strong database programming experience - 8 to 15 years Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software applications using C++. Implement object-oriented design principles in software development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects. Integrate and work with distributed storage systems. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Required Skills: Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in C++ with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles. Distributed Storage Systems: Familiarity with DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, and MongoDB. CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment CI/CD pipelines, especially using Git. Unix/Linux: Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and Linux scripting. Qualifications: Proven experience in C++ programming. Hands-on experience with distributed storage systems and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
