Position: Sr. Project Manager Location: Orlando, FL Onsite Visa: No H1 CPT The Sr. Project Manager will be overseeing the activities within a project for implementing an upgraded call center solution across our client's enterprise. They will work closely with our telecom team, vendor and business leads to ensure the necessary project tasks are planned, documented and followed to ensure a successful completion of the project. This will be a 6-month contract with potential to extend. Be familiar with IT Software, Systems, or Infrastructure projects Be familiar with and communicate information on the project management process to the project team Reporting progress and updates to the Supervisor and Leadership Team Lead and implement process improvement initiatives Risk and issue management Creating, maintaining, storing, and providing project schedules/deliverables Manage the project and the work performed under the Project Identify issues, risks and recommend possible issue and risk mitigation strategies associated with the project. Ensure the work performed under the Task Order is within scope, consistent with requirements and delivered on time and on budget. Manage and resolve any risks and issues that impact the project. Meet all requirements and deliverables as required by the manager. Prepare a Project Schedule. The schedule shall detail the functional units involved, required job tasks, cost and schedule performance measurement, milestone and review scheduling. Manage change control, issues escalation and resolution, schedule, costs, and resources as defined in the Project Management Plan. REQUIRED Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Minimum of 7 years project management within an IT team and has project managed call center solution projects preferably within a healthcare environment (but not required). 7 to 10 years of Project Management Experience Good oral and written communication skills Strong Executive presence, clear and articulate communicator, energetic, driven and engaging. Familiarity with Healthcare IT Systems and Processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
