Requirements : Need to be someone who has a 1B organization mentality trust but verify mentality Verify everything/zero trust model Well versed in validation/verification Has to have a mindset shift from general GRC to being able to dig in Have to understand their SME area so they arent asking the 1A area what something is Works autonomously on high profile, complex and/or high risk technology projects with significant impact to the organization Provides technical leadership / consulting / direction to a larger team / portfolio on all aspects of technology controls / information security Foresees issues / gaps and identifies emerging industry trends (i.e. future focused) Provides recommendations on value-added improvements / enhancements Top technical expert individual contributor with expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices Advanced and highly specialized knowledge of organization, technology controls / security/ risk issues Provides recommendations on value-added improvements / enhancements Ability to translate complex technical concepts to values and outcomes for communicating to Senior Leadership and non-technical Business partners. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for developing presentation decks, design documentation, drawings, and reports. Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential for this role. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and Tableau.
