Need BAs with strong financial industry experience gathering requirements for system integration/refinement projects, even better if they have Workday project experience. Key Note: Looking for a BA to help figure out, document how/what this Workday implementation means to their business (various other systems integrated to Workday, the rebuild of financial engines, creation of new workstreams for various systems The role is about creating documentation and bettering the current documentation of various financial systems and their Workday platform Workday experience is not necessary but obviously would be great to have definitely not necessary senior level BA who has somewhat of a pretty strong financial industry/financial system integration and documentation project background Someone who can wear many hats, work independently, strong with process and documentation design Agile/iterative environment Business Analyst - Finance & Technology Project Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes related to workday for the finance and technology teams. Develop comprehensive documentation that effectively communicates process flows and system integrations. Utilize industry best practices to establish clear and concise process documentation, including diagrams, workflow charts, and written narratives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis to identify future process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Facilitate communication between the technical team and business units to ensure accurate and detailed domain knowledge is documented. Establish best practices for documentation updates as processes change, ensuring documentation is always current. Experience Required: Proven experience as a business analyst, documenting processes for finance and technology projects. Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and requirements gathering techniques. Experience with process documentation tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Familiarity with financial concepts and technology trends is highly desirable.
