Lead the design strategy for S4/Hana and financial application platforms, ensuring integration and optimization at the enterprise level. Drive the adoption of S4/Hana and financial application solutions, aligning them with business goals and processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless system functionality and reporting capabilities. Provide guidance and leadership in change management initiatives related to the S4/Hana and financial applications deployment. Monitor and enhance the performance of S4/Hana and financial platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Develop and implement best practices for system design and enterprise-level integration. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve platform strategies based on feedback and evolving business requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in leading S4/HANA and financial application implementations for large organizations . Expertise in corporate financial reporting and specialty finance systems. Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive decision-making and consensus across functions. Strategic thinker with a track record of successful enterprise-level platform integration. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
