Position: Salesforce Release Manager Location: Stamford, CT (onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Role Description: Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager Well verse with DevOps branching strategies (Gitlab, Github, Bigbucket, etc.). Collaborate & communicate with stakeholders including development, testing and business teams to understand release requirements Develop release plans, timelines and communication strategies for each Salesforce release cycle. Coordinate release activities across different teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Implement and maintain best practices for environment synchronization, data refresh, and sandbox utilization. Lead the deployment process, including the planning, scheduling, and execution of releases. Work closely with development and QA teams to validate deployment packages and resolve any deployment-related issues. Work with the Salesforce team to establish and maintain release management documentation. Communicate release schedules, progress and potential risks to stakeholders. Prepare and distribute release notes to provide comprehensive documentation of changes in each release.
