Role: SAP GTS Functional Consultant Location: Florida State Uni, FL (Onsite) Type: Contract Required Skills: SAP GTS consultants with Min 9 years of experience. E2E Implementation - Min. 1 E2E Implementation as GTS lead Consultant and min. 1 Support project Experience as GTS Lead Consultant. Must know writing Functional Specs for Complex WRICEF developments. Good Knowledge of Communication process, Org Structure, Master data set up, Business partners, Configuration of legal Regulation, Partner functions, ECCN & HTS, Mass license Upload, License determination procedures, Document types and Item categories, risk management, LC processing and SPL upload & monitoring, SPL Screening and GTS setting for generating search terms Good Knowledge of GTS integration points with ECC, including the ECC configurations which influence GTS Exports and Imports business process knowledge Good to have skills Experience with implementing Global SAP environment Proficient in Testing and Documentation using proper methodologies Proficient in writing business requirements Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus Key responsibilities: Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs. Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards. Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills. Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling. Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities. Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality. Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution. Work with SAP to resolve software bugs.
