This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable tasks. Roles & Responsibilities : Roles & Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals. - Utilize Jira to track and manage project tasks and progress. - Use Confluence to document project details, meeting notes, and other relevant information. - Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions to refine and prioritize tasks. - Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. - Facilitate sprint planning meetings to allocate tasks and set priorities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables. - Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems. - Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Product Backlog Management principles and practices. - Demonstrate proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and management. - Exhibit expertise in using Confluence for documentation and collaboration. - Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. - Show ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Display strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly. - Have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. - Demonstrate experience in conducting user acceptance testing and providing end-user support. - Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. - Show ability to facilitate meetings and drive consensus among team members. - Have experience in identifying and mitigating Location: D enver, C O .
