Manage the ongoing operation and enhancement of reporting systems. Enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance. Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Lead the adoption and integration of S4/HANA capabilities to uphold best-in-class reporting standards. Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs and develop solutions accordingly. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of reporting tools. Monitor and troubleshoot reporting system performance and resolve any issues. Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and systems based on user feedback and evolving business requirements. Requirements: Proven leadership in reporting and analytics environments. Strong background in data governance and process optimization. Expertise in S4/HANA or similar ERP reporting tools. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Experience in training and supporting end-users on reporting tools and processes. Certification in S4/HANA or related ERP systems.
