The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with our talented team to provide exceptional IT support to our clients. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory-related issues. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of direct experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments. 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS. 5+ years of experience supporting various versions of Microsoft Server. Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology. Strong working knowledge of DNS and WINS. Experience working on security initiatives related to Active Directory. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with additional IT systems and technologies is a plus.
