Azure / GCP - Secondary Knowledge of Python At least 6 years of experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and connected technologies including Network/Windows Server/Linux Server/Databases/APIs/Security Hands on experience in Linux - Mandatory Knowledge of CI and CD tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM Good understanding of infrastructure & operations - storage, network, computer, security, cloud (public, on-prem). Experience in configuration management and infrastructure automation systems, preferably Ansible/Terraform Experience in handling orchestration environment like Kubernetes / Docker Practical experience in dealing with complex IT processes and applications Experience using case tracking system (e.g. Jira, Zendesk) Experience with customer facing with great interpersonal and customer service oriented skill.
