Required Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP/Telecom and Nortel PBX system Ability to design and/or configure the network infrastructure for deployment of Cisco Unified Communications technology. Experience Requirements: Hand-on experience of Nortel PBX system. Hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation (e.g., CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc.).
