Tech Skills: Insurance exp is a MUST. It MUST be property and casualty insurance Insurance experience preferred, but does not have to necessarily by commercial lines/E&S. Role will also focus on process re-engineering with our Underwriting and Claims teams, to identify inefficiencies, make recommendations for improvements (including people, process or technology, which could be RPA or other techniques such as APIs, OCR, traditional app dev work). Experience with Agile and Kanban techniques. Skilled in process re-engineering, process mapping, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, etc. Will be responsible for coordinating the offshore team (devs and QAs). Prior RPA experience is helpful but not required if other BSA skills are strong. Excellent communication and leadership skills required. Local or remote but within a few hours drive of Richmond would be helpful, to facilitate in person process observations.
