A high level of Palo Alto expertise in design, configuration, migrations, tuning and customization of features. . Thorough knowledge of Panorama, WildFire, Global Protect, and other Palo Alto features including and not limited to SSL decryption. . Familiarity with Data Centre environment and hosted deployments/cloud . Provide support on client projects. This includes documentation designed and installation rollouts. . Provide support to project managers on security/network deployments. . Responding to emergency situations and performing effective troubleshooting during production outages . Must have a good networking background and understanding. . Experience of supporting clients remotely and face to face, along with experience of working with SIP providers . Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analyzers . Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure & Azure cloud security . Excellent communication skills . both written and verbal . Must be flexible to work outside of business hours as per business requirements. . Maintain the clients security and networking devices and upgrade when necessary . Providing support for other engineers on Palo Alto equipment/software .
