Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in managing and configuring ServiceNow SPM systems. Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party applications. Advanced knowledge in system analysis, data analysis, and process improvement. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage conflicts. Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with various organizational levels. Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer . ServiceNow CIS Certification (CIS-PPM or APM preferred). PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. SAFe Agilist (SA) , SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or other SAFe certifications.
