Job Title : TIBCO Administrator Location: Hybrid role in Bethlehem, PA or Holmdel, NJ ( Relocation will work) Duration: 6 + months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Tibco Suite of products and automation. Design, develop and implement business process management solutions using Tibco iProcess. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tibco iProcess, BW, EMS, ActiveSpaces Provide on-call support on rotation basis Work on migration projects Work with on-site and offshore teams Provide technical leadership to lead the architecture and design of Tibco suite of products. Interpret requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results. Develop advanced technological ideas and guides development into a final product. Middleware technologies scope of patching/upgrade work including Tibco Suite of Applications Work with development teams to create/Configure new middleware instances required by the projects. Requirements: Minimum 5 plus years of experience in Tibco Suite Administration (iProcess, BW5, BW6, ActiveSpaces, EMS) Minimum 5 years of Tibco iProcess experience Experience with AIX/Linux OS Experience with scripting, JAVA/JMX, Python highly desired Experience with Databases & SQL Must be able to multi-task and work well with changing priorities in a fast paced, 24x7 environment. Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service. A strong ability to learn new technologies.
