ROLE: MES (APPLICATION SUPPORT) ENGINEER/ PLC Consultant LOCATION: NASHVILLE TN | BOWLING GREEN KY | NEED TO BE ONSITE AT WORK LOCATION (M-F) Position Details We are ramping up our Engineering team with professionals who come with MES & MOM background with understanding of OT (Operational Technology). You will be responsible to assess customer (end user) needs, identify challenges or issues, and configure solutions. Key Responsibility Areas Participate in design workshops (general and detailed) to collect and understand the client's business needs. Ensure the convergence between the expressed needs and the standard operation of the MES / OT solution is adhered to. Document activities carried out, Organize, and supervise the acceptance phases. Secure and manage the integration phases and deliveries. Be in direct contact with the customer within the framework of the workshops. Pre-requisites: Should have minimum of 6 months and above of work experience in OT and Manufacturing domain. Must have working knowledge on MES/MOM Domian with OT (Background. i.e. ISA 95 Level 2. Should have worked on PLC, SCADA and OPC (Open Platform Communications) High learnability Should be willing to learn and pick up new areas of technology required by the project. Additional Skills: Knowledge of Studio 5000, Factory talk SE/ME edition, Machine integration/Line Integration recipe management, Discrete Manufacturing and Batch Manufacturing (ISA-95 & ISA-88) Good to have the experience in Apriso MES or Other MES / MOM, OPC; Well versed with deployment and release management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Haves: BS Degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
