Dear Associates, Location: New Jersey, NJ Work Location: Remote Work (20% Travel May Be Required) Duration: 6 months Rate: Quote your best Work Authorization: US Citizens only Positions: (1) Senior Lead Data Scientist (2) Mid-Level Data Scientist Key Result Areas and Activities: Establish the AI/ML department's overarching strategic focus in accordance with organisational needs and general industry trends. Collaborate with business teams, data science leads to provide pertinent data science solutions. Determine both the qualitative and quantitative benefits of the solution, as well as how it interacts with business processes and whether it is appropriate for use in business. Work together with the business teams to ensure that the proposed solution is put into action and to keep track of the projected immediate and long-term advantages. Engage all stakeholders in the company through a range of channels, such as one-on-one communications, gatherings, and internal social media platforms. Technical Skills: At least 9 years AI/ML experience with a minimum of 4 years in a lead position. Extensive knowledge of the organization's business operations and procedures. Knowledge in developing frameworks, templates, processes, and governance for building the AI team within the organization. A track record of leading workshops and discovery sessions to examine business teams' present priorities, difficulties, and emphasis areas. Must have worked closely with business teams, data science leads to provide relevant data science solutions. Identifying the solution's qualitative and quantitative benefits, as well as its interaction with business processes and suitability for business action. Make sure the first solution is expanded to include more functional areas and geographies in the organization that share similarities. Experience in publishing newsletters, success stories, and showcasing them across the organization and among customers. Engagement of all organization's stakeholders through a variety of means, including private conversations, group meetings, and internal social media platforms. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree is a plus) Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
