Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role :: ServiceNow Developer with IT Asset management Location :: Dallas TX/Irvine, CA (Onsite) Type :: Contract Need Minimum 10+Years of Total IT experience Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a primary focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Customize and extend the ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, and HAM modules to meet specific business needs. Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools to streamline asset management processes. Perform data analysis and reporting to provide insights into IT asset usage, lifecycle, and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, and HAM functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. Experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
